Comment: I got your ATC last month, send you a message explaining this rating, never got a reply so... here's what I already wrote to you: I try say this the nicest way...but. I had to ask you multiple times what was going on with this after you marked the original sent 3 days late without any communication, ypu promised to resend ASAP on the 17th of February but I didn't hear anything back from you before I again asked myself on the 5th of March and on the 7th you promised to send the resend the next day which you did since the envelope is stamped on the 8th... so thanks for that. Unfortunately I don't think you used any time nor effort on the ATC... it's basically just a piece of paper with some doodles on with some colored pencils :/
