I'm getting the very same thing & have since 2004. I have to. As I'm Bi-polar, maniac depressive, paranoia, and the same thing you have. It is hard to say things to another person, who are like we are. As you could say the wrong thing. So, I don't say anything & let sleeping dogs lie. But I do feel for you & what you go through. I'm the black sheep in my family. It was always I could never do anything right, I'm strange or different. Yeah, I'm different & I have reasons as to why I am. Enough on this. Comment: I have the quote, Simply Impassable -Nothing's Impossible-designed as tattoos on me for a similar Wonderland reason, to remind myself to worry less, agonize less, and nothing is impossible. My mom had the Irish Amnesia, she refuses to remember 'rough times' growing up or 'fights we've had'. I turn to quotes as well for grounding myself.
