The next moment my eyes were captured by the title of your recipe, "Ricotta Cookies." I have to admit that I wasn't sure about cookies made from ricotta cheese, but I proceeded to read through your recipe. By the time I had completed reading your recipe, I had placed it in my ever-growing stack of recipes I want to try once I have completed this A-Z Recipe Postcard Swap. I also thought that your recipe was unique enough that I would not be getting a repeat of your recipe. My recipes were remaining unique, no repeats so far and I have completed through the Letter R.
