Comment: I'm sorry I have to give you a 3, but the quality of the stamps in these bags where just sad. I have photos if you want to see them. The swap requirements are how they are for a reason, and it is a Type 3 swap because of it, I expect collector quality swaps!
Response: When I have a stamp bag I always put in a bunch of extras. I have a box with thousands of stamps. Are these the ones, may be, may be not. When I have a swap that isn't quite up to par I always PM that person and let them make it up. I think that is just common courtesy. Yes I know she has a right to rate what ever way she sees fit. I will still still send some stamps to make it up.
