create one atc for 1 partner. the only rule is your card has to have a stamped heart. you can emboss, color, ink your heart and incorporate into a nice atc. you can layer, embellish, etc etc. It can be vintage or modern. hopefully enough of us have heart rubber stamps. please create a nice card for your partner. It does not have to be a valentine heart theme
