I'd like to start a series of letterset pen-pal swaps...so I thought I'd start with Kawaii!

In your letter, tell your partner a little about yourself, what you like, about your family, or just babble (like me!) etc. Hopefully we'll find some new pen-pals! It's up to you what you write about. After all, we're all different...and we like to talk about different things:-)

You'll be using a Kawaii letterset for this swap. That means 2 matching papers, and a matching envie...= 1 letterset:-) The letterset MUST be a genuine Kawaii brand! You must fill up atleast the fronts of both pages with writing (more if you like), but DON'T write big just to write less!

  • No 1's or 3's within the past 6 months, unless you contact me first and I ok it:)
  • No outstanding swaps on your dash when I assign partners.
  • I reserve the right to ban for any reason to protect my swap participants!

@Laynie I will be joining this when it gets closer to the due date, I honestly thought it said March. So for now I will be watching it, cant wait to join though.

So I was dropped and banned from this swap because I forgot to mark one of my swaps as sent? I'm sorry I couldn't make it to the computer or on swap-bot at all since Friday. My 7 month old was in the hospital for rsv :( it would have been nice if you would have sent me a message asking me what was up before dropping me from the swap!

I'm sorry @erica111609 , but my swap guidelines are very CLEAR and I stick to them, otherwise why have them in the first place? I'm glad it's just as simple as you couldn't get online to mark sent, but it's not up to me to contact you and ask why you're late on a swap. I thinks it's pretty sad for you to even suggest that. I hope everything is well with your little one.

It's not sad for me to suggest that. As you can clearly tell from my profile I'm not a flaker and I have never received a rating less than a 5. I could understand if i had low ratings and have been marked as a flaker, but I haven't . Oh well, plenty of other swaps fore to join!

Yes there are alot of swaps out there, and I wish you luck with them as I know you're a good swapper. I hope that sometime in the future you realize that the burden of contacting a host is on you...not the other way around. That would help alot. Not that you had time, and you had a perfectly good reason for not having marked that swap sent. That's understandable...but blaming a host when it's not their fault isn't. You should work on that.

When you host your own swaps, it's totally up to you what rules to make, and I hope you never let anyone try to tell you it should have been done differently:-)

I'm done with this, and I really hope you are too. I have no regrets as my swap guidelines are clear, and if you don't meet them...you can't join. I will continue to host the way I do with no changes:-)
