For this ATC you will be using a vintage theme and a young/little girl as your focus. Use any media to convey a warm or soft theme, but no sticker slapping! CREATE! 4.95 will be the lowest rating allowable, and any 1's or 3's will be suspect! Flakers are unwelcome! General dimensions prevail: sturdy ATC backing, 2.5 x 3.5 inches. Do your best work.
