This is a senstive topic for me , but when I came across this idea I just had to put it into a swap. So here it is : Take two pieces of lined paper and write a letter to yourself as to why you can lose the weight , and what you want from this journey. Write all the negative and positive things don't leave anything out. Then take a blank piece of paper , it can be coloured and scrapbook/collage words and images that come to mind when it comes to weight loss. You can draw or cut out images . On another piece of paper write out 10 tips that have helped you feel better about yourself or have have helped you lose weight.
