So the idea is that this swap will give people a partner to talk about their fitness goals for 2013. Hopefully this will be a friendship maker and a support system. For many support is the key to success. Starting in January, write a letter to your pen pal explaining who you are and what your fitness goals are. One letter to your partner is required but you are welcome to write more. | |
