This series of swaps is to encourage creating artwork using at least three different techniques. I think we all tend to fall into a rut of doing things the comfortable way -- this is to encourage a bit of exploration with different media. I will be trying to post a new theme about once a month. Since we are starting a New Year I thought I would pick a positive energy theme. So for this ATC you are to use the little paper fortune out of a Chinese fortune cookie. (Please incorporate the actual little fortune paper somewhere on your ATC). This theme is wide-open to artistic interpretation so have fun! Examples of some of the techniques you can try on your ATCs include: Hand painting or Illustration, Stamping, Embossing, Masking, Resist, Collage, Mosaic, Digital Hybrid, Hand-carved prints, Metal or Fabric Crafting. Swap Requirements: One ATC to each of two partners (2 ATCs total) Subject: Fortune You must use at least three different techniques to create your ATC.
