3) 1 to-do list pad, 1 post-it pad, 2 post cards

4) 10 address labels w/ partners info, 1 bookmark, 1 sticker sheet

5) 2 handmade envelops, 2 first class postage stamps, 1 bookmark

Note cards, post cards and bookmarks can be home made or store bought.
