With the kind permission of @smallwood the host of the US-only Envelope Frenzy swap, I'm opening the European edition of this swap! You will send 10 envelopes, store-bought or hand-made, to 1 partner. Try to be creative and make a great mix! If you want, you can throw in some address labels, seals etc., but it is not required.
