Description:
Make an ATC with some sort of tape on it. I do not mean scotch tape, I am talking about Washi Tape or Goffer Tape. Use the kind of tape that have words, numbers or a design on it. Two partners each receive one ATC.

Is this ATC to make exclusively of washi tape? Or do you just want the tape to be the main element.

The tape is to be added to the ATC.
