This is a simple letter/note swap. Use the back of a label from a can, DH's favorite notepad. Just not REAL stationery. Make your envelope from something like a magazine /book/newspaper. Some of us make excellent envelopes, I don't! (So I accept it as a challenge to better myself each time I try.) Just don't rate on quality of envelope! You have 2 partners. Write a nice thank you to each one.

what do you mean by "label".....a pre-printed paper label, or a label off a box or something?

Like the label from a can of soup or shortening or any can with a paper label that you remove, while it's clean and write your note on the back! Hope that helps!
