Slams are similar to Friendship Books, except when you sign in, there are a series of questions to answer throughout the book.

Please limit to (1) last signer and NO homers! Please be careful not to send a Slam your partner has either signed or was made for/by them.

@schalice a friendship book (aka FB) is like a slam but the pages are blank, other than the page that has the owner and maker. each signer just puts her/his name, address, and other info (handwritten or on a label or some of both) about what they swap or what kind of pen pals they're looking for. FBs are usually smaller than most slams -- few are bigger than 4x6" -- with fewer pages. The main purposes (besides the fun of seeing where it's been) is to find new pals/swappers; also, a lot of people like making really nice ones, with covers sometimes as elaborate as an ATC (Artist Trading Card), though they can also be as simple as small pieces of paper stapled together.
