low-value definitives stamps swap #1 This is a postal stamps swap for low value definitive stamps. You need to use at least 5 low value stamps more if you want. Then just add something flat notecard, card-stock, some paper, just something to keep the envelope good. A flat paper item, something you have, just not damaged or junk. So if you get 5 low value stamps with a flat paper object please rate 5. One partner for this swap. I will make it open to anyone with a 4.9 rating. Here (in Canada) we have 1 to 9 cent stamps plus 10 and 25 cent too. The current ones are insect themed. I also have a few older ones too. This is for other countries whom also have low value stamps.

The five low value stamps go on the outside of the envelope, to mail it with, correct?
