I love Halloween...it is my favorite time of year. I love the decorations!

You will make and send your partner a Halloween Banner Display

Here are some examples:

These are only examples...there are a bazillion different ways to make banners.

Requirements:

  • 1 Banner = 1 Partner

  • Must use Halloween Colors (oranges, greens, purples, yellows, blacks)

  • Must say something Halloweenish...like "Happy Halloween", "Boo", "Spooky" etc.

  • EDITED: Minimum of 5 (FIVE) flags must be used...the maximum is up to you. See the comment section for the question on this.

  • Must be strung together so that it hangs.

This should still be a fairly cheaper swap to mail because it should be fairly flat...however; please do embellish and make it fun for your partner.

Package this with extra care! No one wants to receive a torn/wrinkled banner**

Is there a minimum/maximum flag count for this banner?

Oh good question...I would say yes...at minimum 5 flags, That way if someone uses the word "BOO", there can still be a beginning and ending flag. I will edit the swap to include that. : )

How about size?? Is there a minimum? I have a great spellbinders banner die set, but they are not as big as your example pics. Thanks

It should be a size that someone can hang (like in the pictures). I have a Cricut (which has adjustable sizes). I don't exactly know how to put a size on it. I would say (if I were to hazard a guess), that a fairly decent size would be minimum 4 inches, maximum 6 inches, per flag. I hope that helps.

Oh and remember they have to be long enough to hang up...I am going to hang mine across the fireplace. : )
