For this swap, you'll be creating 1 ATC for 1 partner, incorporating both velvet and lace! Background/theme is sender's choice; the only requirements are that the ATC contains velvet (perhaps velvet ribbon or a millinery flower?) and lace (background or accent). Your "lace" must be made of fabric and not paper. Fun? I think so! Please join in the fun of sharing your creative spirit with your partner!
