Cut-out letters from a magazine to glue to a background and picture.

Any theme is allowed, as long as cut-out letters form a ransom note or letter :-)

Make 1 ATC for your 1 partner from what you determine as a ransom letter.

ATC must be 2.5" X 3.5" and sturdy with info on back.
