Sorry about the questions, the three to your partner...are they supposed to return them or pass them on? If pass it on how many signatures?

Pass them on. Many put 5 signatures but it is really up to whoever creates the bag to decide on how many signers they would like. If there is room for more people to sign you could always put a higher number.

A homer is a bag that needs one last signature before it is to return to the person the bag is made for.
