vegan recipe postcard swap

you well have to create your own vegan recipe for this swap. It should be fairly simple, all the ingreidents need to be resonably easy to get (where I live in Texas, I can't find nutritional yeast & a lot of other vegan staples) and the recipe must fit on a homemade postcard leaving room for a stamp, postmark, & address. On the other side of the postcard draw/paint/collage a picture that of the finished product, a cartoon of you cooking the dish, a collection of the ingerdients, or whatever you think best represents the dish. The point is to have fun, the food doesn't need to be amazing just tasty.
