Black and white Vintage ATC with something colorful (black and white picture or the whole ATC made of black and white paper, lace, ribbon etc + some color). You will create (1) Vintage Style ATC for your partner. Theme: Senderâ€™s choice. Requirements: Must have something colorful in the blacks and white picture Size: The ATC must measure 2.5 x3.5 and have a sturdy (non-flimsy) backing. Have Fun!

Does the ATC need to be a black and white picture with added color, or can it be a black and white design with added color? Thanks!

I'd say both are fine. It can be anything black and white with something colorful.
