I was watching a tutorial on youtube on how to make a 3 x 3 mini book from one sheet of 12 x 12 paper and I wanted to join a swap to make one.

I didn't see any current swaps for a mini book. It looks relatively easy and doesn't require too many supplies so let's give it a try.

The requirements for this swap: 1. List three themes below in the comment section 2. Pick from one of the themes your partner listed and make a mini book consisting of 1 12 by 12 sheet of paper and a front and back cover with ribbon. 3. Decorate the book in the theme 4. There are pockets in the book, I think it would be nice to include some journaling cards or anything else that comes to mind but not this is optional.

As long as you receive a mini book in one of your themes on time, please rate a 5.

To be part of this swap please have at least 5 rated type 3 swaps. If you have any 1's or 3's please have those resolved before joining the swap.

I have made these before and they are FUN!!! I always include the journaling cards in the pockets, too! I will likely be joining this! :D I just need to finish up a few things first! laugh

I just wanted to add, I will angel this swap because I plan on making extras. I may add people who do not meet the requirements but have proven in other ways they are able to finish this swap.

I love cats (either domestic or wild, with just a teeeeeeny but of a preference for domestic!), Disney (preferably not the Princess stuff, more the Fab Five!), and fantasy (like dragons, fey, unicorns, and the like!)

OK, never mind, I just spent over 2 hours "making" one of these, and I guess I don't have the right equipment cos it came out....gross. Not something I could possibly swap. I'll watch and see if you run another one, but since I only dabble in papercrafting, I'll sit this one out. Thanks for introducing me to something new to try, though! :-)

I am so sorry I haven't posted 3 themes before now! I have gotten so busy with my job (grading research papers!) that I forgot I needed to do this! I'm so, so sorry! I don't really have a theme preference--I'm very open to anything. So I'll just say 1. books/reading, 2. flowers, 3. chocolate. Again, I'm so sorry I'm just now posting this! I will be happy with any theme!
