Could you please tell me what Scratch Offs are? I thought you meant scratch tickets, but you have it noted as an electronic swap and where scratch tickets are state based only, I may not know what Scratch Offs are, Thank you!

@Allison8236 Thats what it is. I made a boo boo and put 1 when I meant 2. its now been fixed
