I'd like to join, but am brand-new (as of today), and system says, "You do not meet the minimum rating requirement to join this swap.."

@Annalobanova , @msgforjohn I will create again and again so please joins us next time when you have ratio. @Danii I can private swap but in this swap please map cards from your country or state only. I guess in USA have many choice you can buy it.
