Description:
There was a swap like this one a while back, and I enjoyed making this ATC so much I want to do it again. For this swap you will create an ATC (3.5 x 2.5 with sturdy backing) with postage stamps, it needs to have at least 2 used stamps on it, it can be a collage of stamps if you like,,but don't just stick two stamps on and call it good, be creative and use your imagination. Have fun with it. You need at least a 4.5 rating and no recent low ratings. I trust if you join the swap you will keep your promise to send.
