For this swap, Anything on its last leg....

   What I mean by this, is an inanimate

object... such as a house, an old barn, a building, a sign, something washed up on shore, that is of no use, just something all from due neglect.

Please make it into a note card and send to your parnter.

that is all there is to the swap.   You will get 

something back and hopefully it will make you smile.
