There are many different ways that I relax, but I'd like to know how other people relax.. and I'd like to try other peoples methods and see if they work for me! Here's the scoop. You'll write a nice detailed list of about 10 things you do to relax or wind down and explain why they work for you.. and send them to 2 people... explain what you use, and how well it works! It's a simple swap, so newbies are welcome, but no one with no sends (if you can explain one, message me.. if you join and dont message me, I will ban you).. no one with repetative 3's either please.
