An Official First Day Cover (OFDC) is "a postage stamp on a cover, postal card or stamped envelope franked on the first day the issue is authorized for use within the country or territory of the stamp-issuing authority." (from Wikipedia).

@victortsn newbie also welcome, after u join, will give u your partners address, then u can send out 1 OFDC to he/she, and when u sent, press sent and wait from your send's mail. When u recieved from your sender, rate both your send n host (me). Which the whole swap is done.
