Could we use a 9 pocket baseball card holder and put in decorative papers and fill the pockets with various embellishment items? For example, washi tape, fancy paper clips, paper flowers, etc.

Do you include APO addresses as US? It is Armed Forces and a U.S. address, but might require a customs form.

@madonnar can APOs be mailed with a first class stamp?

APO address have always had to have a customs form and still require one only if it is a letter or "flat mail" then it can use one or two stamps with no customs form

Letters with APO addresses are always same postage as we use to mail our letters..Custom forms are needed when lthe letter is to big / bulky and overweight...It then becomes a package and needs a customs form...
