This swap should cost 49-70 cents. mini or handmade envelopes tickets/stubs journal/project life cards postcards tags. library style pockets used postage stamps embellishments stickers labels punch outs/die cuts ephemera stamped/embossed images etc (possibilities are endless) US only. would 3 samples of at least 18" long of washi tape count as one item?

There is no minimum sized envelope. It just depends on what items you are sending your partner.
