You banned me for not being active. Your profile states you will ban if not on in the week prior to swap deadline, yet I was on November 18th. I sent you a reply explaining why. This is also a holiday week and I have lots of family obligations. I have a perfect rating, so I don't understand why I am being banned since according to your rules I was indeed online the week prior to deadline.
