Thanks to @Traceyk for the idea. In this swap, create one piece of mail art that incorporates some kind of foreign papers, or rather papers in a different language then your primary one. You can choose to do a decorated envelope with a small tuck in, an ATC in a decorated envelope, or a handmade mail art postcard. Have fun.
