When I'm traveling I find sushi the perfect food to calm a troubled tummy, gentle and not too much, with enough energy to keep me going at a rapid clip.

Can this be only flakes? I'd love to join this one, but I have very little "sushi" stuff and there isn't enough time to order sushi things
