This is a postcard swap that requires a hand-canceled postmark!! Please do not join if you can't have this done ON November 13th, 2015!! Send your partner a written postcard of any kind. On the 13th of November, have your postal clerk hand cancel it. Failure to do this will mean a 3 rating!! I'll assign partners a couple of days early so that you have time to get it ready.
