The postcards do not have to be holiday-themed, but the card they're sent in does. Newbies welcome and all who sign up should have well-filled profiles with enough info for your partners to select postcards you'll like. I will check before assigning partners, and I reserve the right to make exceptions. I will also angel if necessary. Minimum rating is 4.9.
