Description:
I have quite the collection of valentine stamps, so let's create a nicely handmade card to send to you partner--blank (unless it's a stamped sentiment) with an envelope included for mailing. This will be sender's choice for rating purposes but, as always, check profiles. I will angel if needed, but I don't figure that will be necessary as my card making swappers are always good about their swaps! This is USA only.

Is a stamped image a requirement? Or can we collage?

It can be collage or anything you want--I just have stamps that I personally want to use. :)
