Description:
For this swap you will have one partner, and will send them a naked postcard of a State Capitol building. It does not have to be from your state. It must be new, store bought. Please include a note with the name of the swap and your name on it, and mail it without an envelope. To participate, you must be rated for at least 20 type 2 swaps and have no 1 or 3 ratings in the past 12 months. Have fun!
