For this swap you will have one partner, and will send them a new, store bought postcard of a State Flower/wildflower. The postcard must indicate that it is the state flower/wildflower. Please send the postcard naked (without an envelope) and include a note with your name and the swap name on it. No handmade or ad cards. To participate you must be rated for at least 20 type 2 swaps and have no 1 or 3 ratings in the past 12 months. enjoy!
