Description:

Make an ATC out of ANY PART of a tea bag or bags. You can use the bag itself, tags, string, or the wrapper it comes in.

You can use other elements but I encourage you to challenge yourself to only use teabags. And, the bag parts should be the primary element - a tea stained background is not sufficient.

UPDATE: per the comments below, please do not use actual tea so that we avoid any customs issues since this is an international swap.

Not to be pedantic, but the Australian Quarantine Regulations state that any food must be in sealed packaging and labelled in English. So anyone sending ATC with tea affixed will find their hard work thrown in the bin as it would be deemed a biohazard and a threat to Quarantine Security. Just letting you know.
