Happy August birthdays! This swap is to celebrate our birthdays and is open to all WIYM members with a birthday in August.

You will have two partners, and you will send each partner one birthday card (the kind that folds and comes inside an envelope) with a nice birthday message. The cards can be store bought or nicely hand made. The ones from me will be store bought, I wouldn't subject anyone to my card making skills.

Yesterday was Canada Day....long weekend here -- and I just heard a rumour that our post office might go on strike! Won't know anything till next week.... I sure hope not!

yes, I heard of the possibility. I hope no strike and if there is one it is very short.
