✔ Nothing smaller than a US penny- unless they are extras (that do not count towards the 300)

✔ No sticker flakes.

✔ No foam, 3D, cardboard or cardstock stickers.

✔ No incomplete / partial sheets with missing stickers (cut out if needed)

✔ Neatly cut out stickers are OK for this round. I will do a full sheet swap too...
