I just saw your question @CurlyTea Postcards/mail art are made from paper so that definitely qualifies. Plus, you make awesome postcards. My list was merely suggestions. Since I suggested 2 greeting cards/envies.....maybe you could do a handmade postcard in a mail art envie or 2 postcards. Your choice..... Just keep the time intensity similar to that of my suggestions.
