Description:

For this swap you send a self addressed postcard that you would like to receive back in the mail. You will also send a profile based postcard to you partner for them to keep. These 2 postcards are to be sent in and envelope with a little note with your swapbot name and the name of the swap.

Your partner will then write a note on your postcard, stick a stamp to it and pop it in the mail to make its way home to you.

Due to being let down myself by a few newbies on my recent swaps I am changing this to newbies who have at least 6 completed swaps. Fully rated swappers need at least a 4:90 to join. I do check swappers profiles before assigning partners so please make sure you have a decent filled out profile about yourself.

I will angel if necessary.

Do countries honor other countries' postage? I'm hosting a similar write back swap but it is USA only because I haven't figured out the logistics of an international one. Does postage work internationally if it's a stamp that is different from the country it's being sent from? I mean for example, if I send a stamped card to France with US stamps, is my French partner able to send it back to me through their postal system without having to add postage?

@mandigutterrose It says the partner sticks a stamp on the card before sending it back. So instead of sticking a stamp ready on the card you send to be sent back to you, your partner puts a stamp on it. This way everybody pays postage for the first mailing(2 cards in an envelope) and also for the second(1 postcard sent back to whoever sent it to you) so the stamps will be from right country.

I highly doubt any country honors another's postage because they would loose the revenue from postage not purchased. So in your example the person in France would have to put their French postage next to your USA postage or over it.

Thank you @halipulla and @EmilyT ! My brain just wasn't able to wrap itself around this one, lol. I feel kind of ridiculous (and I should), I'm glad you both took the time to dumb it down for me. :) Thank you very much for clarifying.
