If they are nicely homemade sure. Not just a strip of construction paper or something like that---I have seen that done before. So homemade is wonderful if they are NICELY made:)

When the partners are assigned you will get an email, click on it and it will take you to the listing of the swap that is ready to start and you click on "see who my partners are" and it will go from there:)
