@Judalinez - Sephora is a great place to request samples. You can also go to places like Ulta or the beauty counters in places like Macy's and you may be able to get free samples.

I subscribe to the subscription services Ipsy and Birchbox and receive deluxe samples for $10/month. I love the service, but don't (or can't) always use the samples they send, so I love to pass them along in swaps rather than throw them away :)
