JUST FYI FOR SWAP COORDINATOR a copy of my email to my partner Hello Emily, I wanted to send you a message to let you know I am really sorry but I am going to be mailing out your package late. I have had a death in the family which required me to travel out of state before partners were assigned so I wont be able to get it out to you right away please don't be angry I promise I WILL get it to you as soon as I return back home Please let me know if this is a problem I might be able to get a friend of mine to mail it out on my behalf THanks Cyndie

admin... I have been in touch with Emily my swap partner she knows I will be late mailing her package. I had a death in the family before you assigned partners and I am out of state I will mail her out her extra special package due to my delay when I return home
