Create one ATC for your partner using the theme of winged things and the color blue. Use any medium except all digital, create a fabulous ATC you would like to add to your own collection. I am speeding up the rest of the series so one new color will be added each week until we finish. Use a sturdy backing, add your name and username and date on the back.
