Here are a couple tutorials for minizines. Those new to zines are allowed so please rate a 5 if you receive a zine that follows these basic instructions with what seems good quality work.

I love the zine idea, I'm just not sure about what is meant by lists? Can you please help me out?

@tisha - it can be any kind of lists of things or thoughts - favorites, bucket list, etc. If you feel stumped, just google lists to make or something like that. :)
