Create one ATC for one partner that has one or more neon colors and one or more stenciled designs on it. No sticker slapping. 3.5 x 2.5 only- standard ATC On a sturdy backing. Tape the envelope you send it in very well so it doesnâ€™t rip. Create something fun to look at and have fun doing it!
